- Hostel charges should be paid by 10th of each month, failing which Rs. 10/- per day will be fined.
- Cup Boards/Boxes should be properly locked, large sum of money; jewellery and expensive item are not permitted in the rooms. The institute will not be responsible for any kind of theft.
- Water in the Hostel is available 24 hou8rs but wastage and carelessness will render the students to displinary action.
- Relatives are not permitted in the rooms.
- Failure to return back to Hostel in time will be dealt with seriously and strictly. Late comers will be fined.
- All letters coming to the students may be censored by the warden.
- Parents are requested to come and check the progress of the student from the class teachers on second Saturday of each month.
- Parents relatives should visit the students during visiting hours from 09-00 am to 05.00 pm in Visitors Room on Sunday only.
- If parents wish that their children can travel alone, they should give their consent in writing to the Principal.
- Food shall be provided only on dining table.
- Cooking and use of Hot Plates & Heaters are not permissible in the rooms.
- Submit photographs of two relatives (Two copies each) who can visit the students in the hostel. The day scholar also need to submit two copies of two relatives who may visit her in case of emergency.
